All fund raising activities are done through the group and by the group.
Papa John’s will create, print, and distribute to the group, an agreed upon number of Fundraising Cards. Papa John’s name may only be used in association with fundraiser program.
Group agrees to accept _________ Fundraiser Cards. Group will be responsible for promoting, selling, and recording sales for all cards. Group agrees to make all efforts to positively distribute and sell Fundraising Cards provided by Papa John’s.
Group agrees to sell cards at the value of the cards to fundraiser participants as its purchase price. Group agrees that it will not represent itself as agents or employees of Papa John’s.
Group agrees to pay Papa John’s 30% of the sale of the Fundraiser Cards.
Discount offers will remain valid until the expiration date printed inside of each card.
Papa John’s shall not be held responsible for the fundraising program.
Payment and unsold cards must be returned by maximum of 60 days from agreement date. Papa John’s will accept any unopened and unsold cards in lieu of payment for said cards. Group is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unpaid cards.

A minimum order amount of 20 cards or 20% of card order must be paid.
Orders over 300 cards must pay 20% of the total order up front. Orders of 300 or below require no prepayment unless the group comes back to order additional cards to the original order. In that case payment for the original cards issued must be made before more cards can be checked out.
